While some people find it hard to get to class in 2 minutes, others find it quite easy. Personally, I find it extremely simple. Although most of my classes jump from floor to floor, I have figured out a route that works for each period. For classes that are far away or on a completely different floor, I take the stairs at the end of the wing. Those stairs are much less congested and I never have to plow through to get to class on time. Another thing that I sometimes do is grab things like my trumpet from my locker a period before I have a far away class. That way I don’t have to run up 2 floors then run back down 2 floors in such a short time frame. I’m not saying that I haven’t been late to a class yet, because I have, but I’m also pretty sure that I’m not the only one who has taken a wrong turn. What I am saying is, that if you work out a manageable route, and always have a good, truthful, reason for being late, then you should never end up in the detention room for being tardy.
